Olive + Crate’s 2 Year Limited Warranty extends to all bedding products manufactured by Olive + Crate that have any manufacturing defect owing to faulty workmanship or material used, such as stains, holes, poor stitching, poor dying straight out of the packet, seam separation, buttons and/or snap locks failing, etc.

This warranty DOES NOT cover:

·      Any normal wear and tear resulting from regular usage and/or laundering

·      Any fading of fabric after long-term exposure to sunlight or rough usage

·      Any stains, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from physical abuse, negligence, or mishandling of the product by the customer

·      Any damage caused by animals, children, rodents or any other unsafe environmental factor

·      Any damage caused during subsequent transportation of the product after initial delivery was completed

·      Any problem caused by improper installation, faulty assembling or unauthorised modification of the product

·      Any decrease in product height or loftiness of the filling after regular long term usage

·      Any product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers of Olive + Crate

In the rare event you happen to purchase a product with any manufacturing defect and would like to exercise your rights under this Limited Warranty, please email us at hello@oliveandcrate.comwith a copy of the original receipt of purchase and a photographic evidence of the defect. Olive + Crate will then proceed to determine at its sole discretion whether it will give a refund or replacement of the product. Shipping costs need not be borne by you in case of any returns. The replaced product will be subject to the same Limited Warranty as the original product. Please note this LimitedWarranty is not applicable to any Olive + Crate product after the expiry of two(2) years from the initial date of purchase.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, IN NO EVENT WILL OLIVE + CRATE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY OLIVE + CRATE PRODUCT OR ITS USE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE),INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF OLIVE + CRATE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OLIVE + CRATE’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE FINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
